Rejection is a myth.

There's no such thing as rejection.

If you ask a hottie out on a date, and she says "no", she didn't reject you.

If you ask a potential JV partner for money, and they say "no", they didn't reject you.

If you apply for a job, and the HR manager says "no, they didn't reject you.

There's no such thing as rejection.

Why do I say this? Simple:

You Never Had It In The First Place

You weren't dating that girl before you asked her out, and if she said "no" to your advance, you're not dating her after you asked her out. You're not worse off. True you're not better off, but you're no worse off either.

Think about it.

Since you now know that rejection is nothing more than a myth, what's stopping you from asking?

What's stopping you from asking that boy or girl out? What's stopping you from asking for money or something you really need to get to where you want to go?
